With over 8 years of leadership experience , and 15 years experience across data engineering, governance, and analytics, Dan has guided Fortune 500 organizations through complex transformations. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Enterprise Data at Delaware North, where he led the modernization of a fragmented data ecosystem into a reliable, scalable, and business-aligned platform. Under his leadership, teams implemented cloud-native architectures, built automated quality frameworks, and delivered insights that directly improved revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Dan's effort lead to $2.7M in vendor and contracting savings , as well as $1.4M in storage and compute savings.

Dan is known for balancing technical depth with executive impact. He has reorganized and scaled data teams, built agile delivery pods tied directly to business outcomes, and created governance programs that protected revenue rather than slowed progress.
